Velcraig Return & Refund Policy

At Velcraig, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• For personal care / hygiene / cosmetic items, products must be unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging to be eligible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

How to start a return
Email cs@velcraig.com with your order number to request a return authorization (RMA).
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you prefer, we can email you a prepaid label and deduct the postage from your refund.
All returns — including items originally shipped from a partner warehouse — must be sent to our Colorado Springs returns center.
Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Items fulfilled by partner warehouses (dropship)
Some products are fulfilled by partner warehouses, but Velcraig handles all returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Use the RMA and return label issued by Velcraig to send the item to our Colorado Springs address listed above.

Buildable / multi-part products
If you discover missing or damaged parts, contact cs@velcraig.com first. We will ship replacement parts when available.
Please do not return the entire item for a missing part unless we instruct you to. If a return is needed, send it to our Colorado Springs returns center using the Velcraig-issued label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Opened or used personal care / hygiene / cosmetic items
• Gift cards
• Sale / final sale items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cs@velcraig.com.
