Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a second email with tracking when your order ships.

Processing time
• In-house items: 1-2 business day after order confirmation
• Made-to-order / Special Order Items: ship 1–2 business days after production is completed.  Please allow up to 10 days for these items for production.  These items will be noted in the description as made to order or special order.

Estimated delivery time (after shipment)
• 3-4 business days Standard
• 1-2 business days Express

Notes
• Shipping charges shown at checkout based on method.
• Preorders/backordered items ship as soon as available. If your order includes a preorder, the order may be held until all items are ready to ship.
• If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders returned for address issues can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email cs@velcraig.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

Carrier delays
